We currently have an opportunity for a Executive Adminstrative Sales Assistant to join our sales team at our offices in Appleton, WI.



The Executive Administrative Assistant to Sales will support our sales team and will balance the demands of the customer while also meeting the expectations of management.

The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

• Respond independently to inquiries of all types for the department

• Balance the demands of the customer and meeting the expectations of management

• Assist persons seeking information from the department or direct them to appropriate company personnel

• Prepare and edit documents and reports as directed by members of the department

• Compose routine correspondence

• May need to prepare expense reports and make travel arrangements

• Ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and other miscellaneous duties

• Organize various filing systems for the department

Job Requirements

To be considered for the ExecutiveAdministrative Assistant to Sales opportunity, candidates should posses: 

Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Some college or business school preferred

Experience:
• 2-4+ years of related professional administrative assistance experience

• Previous experience in customer service and or supporting a sales group a plus

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Proficient in MS Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization

• Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines

• Ability to be discreet with confidential information and sensitive issues

• Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
